Using Reedy Photo's Online Order Tracking System is convenient and easy.

If you are not already set up to use this service, you will need to contact customer service at 800 226-8033 or fill out our online form.

Simply enter your user name and password. Your user name will be your email address, and your password is your customer number.

Upon logging in, you will see a list of your orders. If it says "IN PROCESS", the order is not yet completed. If your order was sent in through ROES, the due date shown may not be correct. ROES orders for 11x14 prints and smaller are typically completed within one business day.

If an order has an invoice number next to it, it is completed and will be, or has been, shipped.

By clicking on the corresponding order number, you will see the details of that order.

If there is a tracking number, the order has been shipped. You can copy the tracking number and paste it into the carrier's online tracking system to check on the status of your delivery.
